In this series we will gain a deep insight into our mind and discover how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday experience to improve our lives.

Gen Kelsang Shechog is a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Auckland. Having practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism for over 16 years, her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that is easily accessible and applicable to modern life. Gen Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, kind heart and for showing an inspiring example for everyone on the spiritual path.
