In theses classes learn to silence the inner critic, realise who you really are, and most importantly, become your own friend, teacher and guide. This is a 3-week series.

Live-streamed Weekly Online Class: Mondays 7pm – 8.15pm

Each class consists of two simple guided meditations and a practical talk on how to use Buddhist wisdom to improve our inner peace, happiness and well-being. Kelsang Shechog Meditation Teacher

About the Teacher

Kelsang Shechog is a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. Shechog has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 15 years. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that is easily accessible and applicable to modern life. Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, kind heart and for showing an inspiring example for everyone on the spiritual path.

This course is based on the books Joyful Path of Good Fortune, How to Understand the Mind & How to Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and are available to purchase from Tharpa New Zealand.
