Happiness: How to Understand the Mind - Week Three (5 Week Series)
Happiness and suffering are feelings – parts of our mind – and so their main causes are not to be found outside the mind. In this series we will gain a deep insight into our mind, and discover how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday experience to improve our lives. Learn how to recognise and abandon states of mind that harm us, replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones, and start to make happiness your immediate reality.
Suitable for everyone, these classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom.
This is a 5 week course, running February 15 to March 15 2021. Each class is self-contained so you can join in any week. Beginners welcome.
Upcoming series: Meditation Made Easy, starts 22nd March
