About the Course
How often do we compare ourself to others? Inevitably our comparisons lead to painful feelings of jealousy, envy and inadequacy and leave us with a sense that our life should be better or different. This can become a bad mental habit affecting both our self-esteem and our relationships.
On this course we will explore Buddhist teachings and meditations that enable us to free ourselves from this limiting mental habit and instead develop inner strength, confidence and a positive outlook on life.
