About the Course
It is all too easy to have unpleasant memories about the past, and to feel unhappiness towards other people when they have not treated us in the way that we want. If we develop a deep self-confidence and a compassionate mind towards others we will not only be able to remain at peace when harmed or criticised, but also be able to free ourself from resentment and anger.
On this morning course learn how to develop this strong, courageous mind as well as the art of forgiving ourself.
About The Teacher
Kelsang Shechog is a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Auckland. Shechog has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 15 years. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that is easily accessible and applicable to modern life. Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, kind heart and for showing an inspiring example for everyone on the spiritual path.
