Suitable for everyone, our weekly classes are a perfect opportunity to experience the benefits of meditation for yourself. Each class consists of two simple guided meditations and a practical talk on how to use Buddhist wisdom to improve our inner peace, happiness and well-being. Classes are self-contained so you can tune in any week.
In these classes learn to silence the inner critic, realise who you really are, and most importantly, become your own friend, teacher and guide.

About The Teacher
Kelsang Shechog is a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Auckland. Shechog has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 15 years. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that is easily accessible and applicable to modern life. Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, kind heart and for showing an inspiring example for everyone on the spiritual path.
